wow!
ya know, God is AWESOME! It ceases to amaze me how low your faith in Christ can be one week and the next week you totally feel His presense in everything you do! That's just how so incredible He is! This weekend was a blessing from God. I really needed to spend some time with some other friends and focus on my relationship with Christ.
So, Friday Colls and I saw NY Minute...very corny and unrealistic yet really good! Then we met up with Steph and went to Maggiano's (yummy food!), we let our food digest by shoe shopping, and then went to The Cheesecake Factory for some sinfully good cheesecake! I felt like I could roll out of the resturant! After blasting Coldplay the whole way home, I met up with Bo and my junior guy friends at starbucks! Very fun! I might be going to the beach for a week with the coolest guy i know!
Saturday I woke up freakishly early (9am!) i don't know why...i despretly wanted and needed more sleep! Steven came over and we played tennis in the blazing sun. such fun! then i grilled hamburgers (yum!) and met up with steph to plan for our graduation partay! we got a bunch of decorations and such. it's gonna be a rockin partay! then met up with a bunch of guys at Quik Trip (69 cent sodas...heck ya!) came home, showered cause i smelled like Peru! Then Bo and i went to see Envy...another very corny movie! but we made the best of it by making fun of as much of it as possible. then we mosied on over to Starbucks (again!) and found Rachel (who had spent the night on the couch!!) and Charlie! Charlie seemed thoroughly amuzed by "eating" the couch! haha! um ya, then Bo and I both forgot that we had forgotten to get Mother's Day presents...we're such bad children! it was like 10pm by that time and of course almost all the stores were closed! so we went to Borders (the only store open at that ungodly hour!) and wandered around for half an hour...found nothing and both ended up purchasing gift certificates! then back to Starbucks for a little bit longer...i think you could call that place my second home! i never ate dinner last night...oops!
