Some conversation, no contemplation

hmmm... so I haven't updated in a few days... I think I updated last thursday. Lets see, friday Tori, Hatcher, Bethy, Mandy, Tim and I went to see 13 going on 30. It was cute, nothing AMAZING, but cute. We made a whole bunch of stickers and got accused of throwing things in the theatre before we even went in while we were there. Then when we came out, two 14 year olds who were smoking decided to blow smoke in our faces and drop their ashes on our clothes... as if they didn't look stupid enough, they had to be asses... oh well, they'll die by the time they reach the age 27, and we won't. YAY! On Saturday, after seeing the percussion, Bethy, Kris, Andrew and I went on an animal saving rampage. It all started with Andrew spotting a box in the woods while we were driving past. We got out to see what it was. It happened to be a racoon in a racoon trap. We all felt bad, but Kris was the only one who felt the need to break open the trap and set the thing free... which is exactly what he did... After that we wanted to save some more animals, but couldn't find any. There are only cows around here... though we did see the state bird walking across the road. I almost hit and killed it... But anyway then we went and played tennis... we are all really bad... Bethy and I got the brilliant idea to steal the rackets... leaving kris and andrew playing tennis with their hands... which was amusing... for a while... and then we decided to steal the balls. But when I got up from sitting on the rackets Kris and Andrew ran for them, and I proceeded in diving on the rackets and getting a big bruise on my leg. One of the boys (i dont know which one) drug me off the rackets, and I have a brush burn scab on my arm... battle wounds YAY! Then we (us minus andrew and plus courtney, aubrey, lindsey, melissa and beth's dad) went back to the competition to watch the guard. There was this one school that did the jackson five... they were amazing, 8 out of 11 of their people were guys... wow... Our guard was awesome as well. They won first in their division, which they totally deserved. (Good job guys! I'm so proud!) The percussion got robbed... they got third place... they definately should have gotten first... I didn't really like any of the other schools performances, they just weren't as good as ours. :)
Yesterday after church me and the parentals went to walmart. We got batteries for my giga pet. (yes I still have one! YAY! LOL) But it died this morning, I was playing with it, and it just died... it just let out this loud pitched beep sound. Oh well... I didn't really like that thing anyway... but while we were at walmart, my mom and I found one of those stuffed hampsters that sing and dance when you press a button on it... it is the funniest thing I have EVER heard. It sings Respect and after the chorus it screams... it sounds like the hampster version of scat girl being ax murdered in the middle of the night... its SO funny because you totally don't expect it at all... just ask everyone I made listen to it today :)
And basically the only fun things I did today was work on character sketches and design a new idea for a painting. Oh yes, for those of you who didn't know, Courtney Sainovich wrote a childrens book, and I am illustrating it. YAY! The main characters are birds, so Mandio lent me a bird book she had, so I could get some visions of the types of birds Courtney wants. And that's about it for now! later fools.
