Adequate rest beats caffeine

The study concludes that taking a 2 hour nap improves mental tasks more than caffeine. I think I read a study a long time ago that stated a 30 minute (or was it 15 min?) "power nap" was more effective than sleeping longer. i wonder if that study could be replicated today. I think people are getting less sleep as we are demanded to work more for no reward (same wages or less than usual pay increase).

Since I don't like coffee, I would take a nap over a cup of joe any day, but I don't think Cindy would agree.
