I was diagnosed with fibro a few years ago. Here's something crazy. When I started taking prenatal vitamins, the symptoms got way less. I had said something to my mom, who told her coworker (who also has fibro) and she started taking them.. same thing happened for her. Weird. Don't know if it would help you or not, but thought I'd throw that out there..
I am so sorry about your dad. I know there is nothing I can say that will make it better or easier, but know that I am thinking of you and am here if you need me for anything.
