sorry fellow compulsive LJ readers...
It's been about 2 weeks since I last updated.. oops! I really have been pretty busy at home..or trying to keep busy so I wouldn't get bored at home. But home was fun after all!! I got to hang out with my fam a lot so that was good. And all of my attention was devoted to my sister Rebecca because she wanted to spend every moment with me because she told me how much she missed me and that she wanted me to move back home..awww I know, it was really cute. But she was really drunk when she told me all of that and she started crying..haha. So I laughed a little and told her that she was drunk. And she just said I know I'm drunk but I'm telling the truth right now god damnit. haha. So yea it was pretty funny..but I will miss her. We are so much alike and we had never realized that before (because she said I never gave her a chance) so it was really fun hanging out with her. And she moved into her first apartment so she wanted me to sleep over there with her like every night. So I went over most of the nights that I was home and played drinking games with her and some of her friends and got really wasted...gotta love P and A and fuck the dealer.
New Years in New Orleans was funnnnnn times. It was pretty crowded as I had expected it was going to be but it really was do-able. I love knowing my way around New Orleans so well now..wtf. I had a drink called the Rainbow from Pat O's and it was damnnnnn good. And Bunny got 190 knockout from a daiquiri place and I had 2 sips and I swear I was so drunk, it was the strongest drink EVERRR, pure everclear wha wha?!?!?!. I had to sleep in the bed with my sister and her boyfriend. There was no hanky panky going on..thank god. But damnnnn they both snored so loud and I wanted to take my pillow and hold it over both of their faces. For a while I sat up and wished I had slept in Allison and Adam's bed because I looked over at their bed and it was so quiet and peaceful.haha. Oh and Bunny slept on the floor (his choice..he was offered a bed).
So, I'm back in BR to work for the next 2 weeks before school starts again. How fun is that??? No, not really. I hate it. I'm the only one at work right now and it's so boring and quiet. I couldn't even wake up this morning...I didn't get to work til 11:30...wow that's pretty pathetic. Tomorrow I HAVE to get to work for 8 at least because I need to get 40 hours this week. I have to get as many hours as possible because once I start student teaching I can't work and will be broke as hell!!!! Yea, I'm not looking forward to the poor part of it..but student teaching should be exciting for the first few weeks at least..I'm hoping...I love being in the classroom and getting to know the students!! That's the fun part of teaching. Lesson plans and preparing and all that shit is not so fun.
I'm sure I'll be updating more often since I'm bored at work this week and next....umm even though I will not have much to say...oh well.........its your fault for reading hahahaha.
Call me people, I'm bored in Baton Rouge. Walk-ons tonight to watch the Sugar Bowl game maybe?? Call a sista if ya wanna come. peace out.
