(no subject)
So, I just got back from my latest mission. It was nothing special. I didn't get to see any action at all, actually, which I suppose is a good thing. I am a little bummed, though- I just got this really excellent set of new kunai and I wanted to try them out. Apparently they messed around a little with the metal alloys to make them a bit lighter and faster. I've been practicing with them a bunch and they are pretty nice. I wanted a chance to use them in a combat situation, but I suppose the time will come eventually. I think I like the originals a bit better, though. Sure, they are heavier, but they have more punch to them. Senbon work fine for a lighter weight weapon. Still, it'd be nice to see for sure.
Everyone seems to be talking about Sasuke's return lately. It's a complicated situation, that's for sure. I don't know how qualified I am to offer an opinion, since I never really knew Sasuke that well, other than watching him in the Chuunin exams. I can't help but think about what happened the last time my teammates got mixed up in his affairs. I can't say I am overly enthusiastic, but Hokage-sama knows best. If Neji or Lee gets hurt, though... Well, they can take care of themselves. Usually. I mean, Neji was injured by a box recently.
My ceiling has a leak, so I better fix that before it starts to rain.
