Slipping out of bed, with a soft kiss to her husbands forehead, Aille quickly found the gifts she'd been hidding over the past few days and started on her morning task. Having picked up a great idea from the kind
Samwise Gamgee, she was giving gifts to her family and friends instead of waiting to see what they'd gotten her. It felt... better.
On the bedside table next to her husband, she left a
pop up book that she thought that he may enjoy, before sneeking completely out of the room.
Slipping into their eldest daugters room, she layed a
stuffed riding horse at the end of the bed so Rose would see it in the morning.
Then moving into the twins room, she layed a
stuffed lady bug in Angus's crib and a
stuffed panther in Brigid's.
Once her own children were done, she moved on to her brother's children; laying a pair of
white tigers; one in each bed; in Sarah and David's beds. Then in Serenity's she layed a
lamb.
Just outside of Bliss and Joan's door, she laid a small picnic basket full of wine, cheese and chocolate.
For each of the workers at the temple, a day at a spa of their choice was placed in their mailbox.
Once she was done, she flashed out of her temple and stopped at her father's first with a
bouquet of wildflowers and a note that said 'Dad you could hand these over to mom, I do not know where she is staying'. And of course a package for her father as well that was filled with new pictures of the twins and Rose, with David, Sarah and Serenity.
Then flashing into one of her Uncle's temples on earth (as she'd never been to Olympus since her birth), she left him a simlar package of pictures, however with a few less and a note that they still needed to go to the fair someday.
Finally, making one last flash to the closest spot outside what ever building; in what every part of the world;
jon_r_meyers was right now (she felt bad she hadn't kept up to date with him) she left him a package, just outside his door, that was labled 'To Jon, from Aille' that held a
statue and another small note, 'I got you something from my home land. I don't know if it is your taste or not, if you do not like it, do not feel the need to keep it. I miss speaking with you dear friend.' and a picture of the twins, grinning and taking some of their first wabbly steps.
Once done there, she flashed back home, got back ready for bed, and crawled in, proud that she'd gotten it all done without waking anyone.
