i have 4 main determinations for at least this semester, hopefully setting a pattern for the rest of my life. i'm just writing them so i remember.
1. actually have money in my savings account. Consistently.
2. eat really well...all the time. i do eat well now, but i have too big of a sweet tooth and i don't have enough fresh stuff. my body is freaking out in like 5 different really annoying/frustrating ways, and when i look up how to get rid of these problems, all sources talk about eating well and building a strong immune system. i do well enough, but apparently well enough isn't enough to keep me completely healthy. time to bite the bullet.
3. exercise. Actually. exercise.
4. and last but not least, do well in everything i undertake at NEC. actually devote more than a 1/2 hr a day to practicing, actually do my homework, actually write good papers, actually really take care of my wrist, etc.
i really hope i succeed in all of these, but i have no discipline (or at least minimal), so really, to accomplish all 4, i need to get discipline first, and that's a bitch.
