last night! i went to see the simon bolivar youth orchestra of venezuela in symphony hall and it was UNBELIEVABLE. go to youtube.com and find them and listen/watch how energetic, talented, amazing they are. especially with gustavo dudamel conducting. they are much less sloppy in person. i just cant even express why, i don't usually love concerts this much. the symphony hall in boston kinda sucks, as well, so you never really hear stuff and you're always straining to see. but they filled up the whole hall, and each musician was so involved with what (s)he was playing. they played west side story and the groove was unbelievable. i cant think of any other words to use. sublime? stupendous? fantastic? incredibe? marvelous? prodigious? wonderful? stunning? all of the above.
in other news. i'm trying new violins, and it's an unending process. cross your fingers that i'll find a good one soon.
in other other news. my room is extremely dirty, and as a matter of fact i am currently procrastinating from cleaning it.
what more to say? i guess i'll start making this a little more regular. it's probably good for me. but you guys gotta keep commenting, it keeps my ego up.
