It kinda makes me wonder why they want to turn such a nice set of people into the dark destruction that was Mark and Addison. The pairing continues to be my all time favourite ship in spite of all the angst, but I don't like the fact that they want to do this twice.

I wondered why her hair was dyed red. It was a bit difficult to get used to, but it was one of those insidious processes, don't you think? First it was brown then the hue changed until at the end of season 8, she's a full on redhead.

As I think more about it, I could see the Mark/Addison parallels coming out. In 3x03, she was talking to Mark in the bar telling him to go home. Sort of buttering him up a little bit and in the end she almost kisses him, but ends up slapping him instead. I compare that to April trying to apologise for her slip ups in the on-call room and telling Jackson he's like that dessert she shouldn't have, but can't help herself.

Addison didn't need Jesus, she had Derek!
Don't forget Derek has a god complex, so it fits! That's where I was going with that point, haha :)

I keep watching it for these two, in hopes that she doesn't screw them over like she did Mark and Addison. Here's to them being done right.
