Hurry up and wait
I suppose that this is just a perfect example of the airline industry. I was busy all morning long, and then got into Cleveland for the long sit we'd been anticipating - three hours or so. And we were promptly delayed a further hour and twenty minutes. *sighs* Could be worse, of course. We could be delayed even more. Especially because Obama and Biden flew into Cleveland today, which brings traffic to a halt all over. There's a bunch of crews whose flights are even more messed up.
Everything's been going fantastically so far, at least! There's such a huge difference between just studying things and actually working a flight. It's great, though! I think I'm going to be settling in really well in this company.
