1 cup (250ml) sugar snap peas
1/2 tsp (5ml) olive oil
1-2 tbsp (15-30ml) water
salt and black pepper
In a small fry pan over medium heat, sauté the peas in oil, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add water, and cover the pan. Steam for 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
