Kristin's Bean Soup

A recipe I got from my friend Kristin. :)



2 cups diced red skinned potatoes
2 cups of frozen green beans
3 15oz cans of black beans (drained)
2 14 oz cans of mexican style stewed tomatoes (rotel)
2 14 oz cans veggie broth
2 15 oz cans whole kernal corn, drained
2 cups salsa

Put everything together in crockpot. Cook on low for 7 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.

You can add sour cream and cheese as garnish.

Can add chicken if you like.
