This is so weird. I had my two morning classes and then this massive break, so I went to lunch with some folks, came back to the house, and... still three hours to go until my next class. I am entirely unused to this. (In about ten minutes here I'm going to actually be productive and start my reading for Wednesday, though. Hoo-rah.)

Also, last night I dropped my phone in a toilet. THAT was fun. Fortunately an acquaintance of mine who breaks phones regularly had one she's not using. It's still perfectly functional, and my SIM card was fine, so I just put that into her old phone, and now I'm good to go. Don't even have to change my number! Haha! (See, I didn't know about SIM cards and such things before this. I've had the same phone for two and a half years, and it's the only one I've ever had, and nothing has ever gone wrong with it, sooo... yeah. But anyway.) The only problem is that I currently lack a charger (she thinks she still has it but hasn't found it in her unpacking yet), so I'm keeping the phone off most of the time and just turning it on periodically to check for messages. So on the off chance that anyone calls me - if I take a while to call back, I probably just had my phone off all that time.

Or I was in rehearsal. Ugh. Dress/tech rehearsals started last night. Whee it's fun. I'm trying to buck up and be as positive as possible, because if I work in tech after school I'm most interested in costuming. So I'm trying to get used to how much of a pain in the butt it is without complaining too much.

And that, friends, is life. Tra la.

(P.S. I baked banana chocolate chip cookies on Saturday night and they are the most amazing, fluffy, delicious chocolate chip cookies. Num num num.)
