You know I'd really like to find my CD of pictures from Garden District.
[Edit: 3.27am] Also I like from time to time to read through my planner from this past year. It's fun times. Not only can I go, "Aww, I did this then and that was fun" or "Aww, look at all the Importance of Being Earnest rehearsals," but also the notes-to-self are great fun. I don't just write in classes, meetings, appointments, and rehearsals; I also write myself notes in the empty spaces. A lot of these are just notes about assignments and other tasks I need to get done, but some are rather amusing. (Also as the year progresses they get thicker and thicker. Most of first semester was pretty normal, but the middle of the spring semester pages look like a jungle.) Some notes-to-self:
. cut your fingernails, child.
. Take out trash so [first semester roommate] doesn't kill me in my sleep.
. {NAP.}
. (muffins!)
. Otherwise known as best day of my life.
. 8pm-2am: SIX HOURS making cookies & Christmas goodies
. I am such an ass! Bah!
. CLEAR UP SINUSES
. BILLY GRAHAM nope.
Haha I love this crap. I draw lots of faces on things too, happy or super-happy or worried or angry faces. I draw lots of arrows and I have a specific system of crossing-out things which differentiates between things that I got done and crossed off and things that I never actually did and crossed out to indicate that I never did them. (Which is why "DO LAUNDRY" appears three days in a row one week... hm...) Maybe I take pictures someday. Some of these pages are madness.
