I've got so much work right now (hence the fail!updates) but I'm very fucking excited because I have a work experience place (have to do it as part of my course) in the summer at Bizarre Magazine which was my top choice that I never thought I'd get. Fuck yes!

Congratulations! Try and make it good again. I've been writing faux-articles aimed at Bizarre magazine for a journalism unit and, having not read it for a few years, I was dumb-struck by how retarded it's gone. Did spot you in it though, haha.

Theres a lot of things that I don't really like about it, such as when they run animal cruelty features and theres a tiny element of "LOOK AT THIS ELEPHANT BEING BLOWN UP LOLOLOLOLOLOL" BUT I'm not interested in that, I really love the fashion editorials they do.

Oh, yeah, I entered that because we laugh at the girls that end up in that thing.

Yeah the steampunk feature was pretty good; that was about it in the current issue though.

I was disappointed to see they've dropped cartoonist Andrew James Jones (like David Shrigley if he was a crack-whore), but there was very little on travel. I also used to like the double-page spread on ye olde serial killers from yonder (not so much contemporary tales of viscera, but from the 17th/18th century).

Anyway, still looking forward to hearing your experiences.

I spotted you in it! The magazine is going a bit... I don't know, mainstream?!
Though I still love to confuse and embarrass shop assistants by being female and buying it. Much to my delight, they never know quite what to make of me!
