Amy, our resident ohnotheydidnt browser is on holiday (she text me saying that Prince's shirt from "Purple Rain" is in the hard rock cafe, waaaaah D:), so I'm doing it.
Firstly, "Annie Leibovitz, $715,000 in debt", ohshit. I guess thats because of the IMMENSE sets/equipment she keeps using. Leibovitz "allegedly owes money for unpaid taxes, an aborted book project, and outstanding equipment rental fees", see.
Secondly, "Jade Goody Ill With 'Life-Threatening Cancer'". I saw this in the newspaper a while ago and even though I didn't think "karma" (like people have said on that post), I did think "ironic" and turned the page because, quite honestly, I don't care. I LOLd at all the non-Brits going "WHO IS THIS WOMAN, JESUS CHRIST SHE IS UGLY". To sum it up, this woman is famous for having a seriously low IQ and making an arse of herself on reality tv, then going back on reality tv and bullying one of India's bollywood stars. Oh look, how surprising, she found out shes got a life-threatening illness on... REALITY TV! Perhaps we will even be blessed with a reality tv show of how she deals with the cancer.... that is, if she survives. I do think it is wrong for people to say that she deserves it though; it isn't her fault she is too stupid to understand the consequences of her actions.
And oh shit last night was a shock. Kat was evicted from Big Brother just before the final on friday. We all thought she was going to win, so thats thrown the competition right open. She was even booed as she came out; obviously theres no place on tv for a genuinely nice person who doesn't like others to be unhappy or angry. Thats just WAY too annoying and boring to watch, isn't it? Nice world we live in.
