On Thursdays we're doing "strongman" workouts now, though I haven't gotten all the supplies in. We'll eventually be doing sled pulls/drags and various stuff with sandbags from 60 pounds-150 pounds.

For now though we did the following stations. 2 minutes at each station and two complete circuits. It was quite a workout!

1. 8 pound sledgehammer hit (we have an old rolled-up mat we're going to slowly destroy)

2. 10 pound sledgehammer "shovels"

3. Your choice bodyweight exercise

4. jump rope

5. Sit up combined with 10 pound medicine ball throw

6. trunk rotations with weighted PVC

7. Lunges with weighted pvc

8. one hand vertical throws with 11 pound med. ball

9. jump squats with 15 pound medicine ball.

10. russian twists with 10 pound med. ball.
