Wow. Just had a guy ring up to find out where we give out food, but not for the usual reason. He's looking for his 13yo son, who's run away.

He sounded utterly distraught. Poor guy.

Also, in other news, a female receptionist got shot at Logan by a customer. Now I'm very glad I'm sitting behind inch-thick bulletproof glass.
