Hey, I can blog too!

I really wish I could remember to keep up with this. A lot of my friends have taken to blogging about things, and since I was one of the first to really do it regularly, I feel like I'm missing out by giving up on it. I just get so distracted. By anything and everything. Namely facebook. I'm pretty sure facebook didn't exist, at least not in the way it does now, when I was all about livejournal. Also, I'm at work all the time. Basically twelve hours a day, with a break in between, but who can write something coherent in an hour while eating lunch? No one, that's who.

What have I done lately, you ask? Well, I went to the Outer Banks for vacation for the third time, and had a slightly-awkward-but-in-my-opinion-moderately-successful meeting of my two core groups of friends. We'll call them high school vs. philly. High school friends are awesome people who I've known forever, but a little more on the quiet, reserved side. Philly friends can be a little more lively and drink-y. It was good though. My goal is to force everyone to like each other. ;D

I've also been to about a million concerts. Because that's kind of what I do with all of my free time and extra* money. Recently I saw Girlyman (twice), with Coyote Grace (also twice), Brandi Carlile (three times, one opening for Ray LaMontagne... he's an awesome musician, but for what he has done recently, he can kiss my ass.), Chris Pureka, My Chemical Romance (twice, and holy. shit.), and I went to the Bamboozle festival, which was wonderful, and I saw tons of bands I really like. And this is all in the past three months. haha. I do enjoy a good show. :D

My life is about to get crazy/awesome in the next few weeks, so maybe I'll get back into this. How many times have I said that?

P.S. Comment!

*By extra, I do not mean "money that I would have otherwise saved". I mean, "money that should have been put towards bills, but instead, I'll just be super thrifty for the next two weeks". I am a financial ninja. Trufax.
