(no subject)
school hasnt started yet, but we had our first football game last night.
kelsey had an interesting profound thought; "every year we always think its going to change, but it never does". i agree to a point. I'm about to embark on my senior year, but really what's changed? my rank? nah. sure i'm a senior, but most of my friends were upperclassmen. i dont have nearly as many friends in my grade. our grade itself is cliquey as hell. but then there has been so much change in between grades at the same time; the dramas, the friends, the classes, "the token teacher confidant", haha. i.e., freshmen year it was cardone. sophomore=cyc, junior= lynch. senior year? who knows.
as for more random thoughts, i have no idea how i'm going to finish my summer reading in time.
and i have a date for homecoming already. well, kickass.
