3/4 Special K fruit n yogurt [or 1/2 cup strawberries special K]
1/2 cup cottage cheese
a few blueberries in the mix

=4 points and the best breakfast ever [for losing weight at least...]

I already lost a couple pounds from doing the Weight Watchers
AND I have been cheating [going over by a couple points]

How awesome is that?!
