(Hee, I actually have a sequel already written that I was going to post in a future theme, but considering the feedback I've gotten so far I'm considering taking that sequel out and possibly converting this premise to a chapter fic. I haven't decided on what I'll do yet. But yes, there will certainly - one way or another - be some sort of continuation.)

I LOVED this AU, it's different than what you usually write, but it's also really, really good. I like the idea of Atemu living in a small, hidden room, and Yugi finding him and everything- it sounds like some kind of dark modern fairy tale with the mysterious atmosphere (as in we don't know where or when or in what world we are) and everything. I think there's a lot of potential for a future chapter fic. :D

Thanks so much! It does have a bit of a fantasy/fairy tale ring to it, doesn't it? I didn't really think about that when I was writing it, but now that you bring it up... I already had a sequel one-shot planned but now I think a chapter fic might spawn from this. I'll think on it. ^^ I'm glad to have your support!

I love the role reversal! It's a nice change to see Yugi telling Atem to be the strong one for once and watching out for the pharaoh. And the way you did it, they don't even seem out of character. Although it kind of reminds me of the Secret Garden...can they make a garden together? XD
I think Yugi should smuggle Atem away in a trunk XDD

^^ Thanks! OOC-ness is something I REALLY want to avoid, even in role-reversal fics, so I'm glad to hear that. Hmn...I don't think I've read/watched the Secret Garden, but maybe I should. Could get some ideas. ;3
