ANGST. *giggles* Amusingly, this seems like a foreshadow of what I'll be posting next. Not the content, but the genre. >_>

;____; Poor dude - I love the questions he asks himself to bring out his emotions a little more. And that scene gets me [since when do emo-Yami and Puzzleshipping moments not get me, actually?]; the animé already makes it seem like he's given up (well, then he gets into fighter mode, but that's not the point), and...guuuuuh. Cheer up, emo kid!

Reaallly? >D *ish curious*

(Umm...emo-Yami and Puzzleshipping moments should ALWAYS get you. v.v) Poor sad Yami...and fanfic writers rarely ever do anything to make the situation better for him. xD

Thanks!

That was the perfect scene to work with because it showed that Puzzleshipping is canon how he was capable of just breaking down and not being the strong one, and you formed his thought really well. :D The parts about how everyone else didn't understand and how Yuugi was gone and nobody seemed to care were spot-on, that really peed me off in the anime. >_> And the bit about the puzzle was pretty. XD Yay! Good job. :D

Haha, yes. >D

Thank you! ^_^ Wee, positive comments make me so happy. xD It always bugged me in the anime a bit too...nobody ever considered that he was really hurting from losing Yugi.

Thankies for the review~

Better not let my uke know that. xD

Thankies~ I like to interpret scenes a bit differently than the anime/manga and then expand on them. This one, being one of my favourite scenes in the whole series, I just couldn't leave out.

Nah, angst makes me happy too. Especially if it's Puzzleshippy angst! That's the best kind. x3

I always watch the part where he yells for yugi and the train ride because it is such an emotional piece...and you can tell how much love Yami has for Yugi and how bad he feels. -Sigh- I love puzzleshipping.

I know...I love those parts, it's so obvious how much he misses him. *wibble*

I'm sorry! xD I agree, when Yami punched the wall and fell in the anime I was completely speechless, even though I knew it was coming. I just love how obvious he makes it at that moment that he wants Yugi back. x3

Thank you for commenting!

Hmn...gods, that's tough. I honestly don't know if I can say I prefer one over the other. It's mostly certain scenes. Like 52, while I think the dialogue in the original is really romantic, (I mean, Yugi's offering to give his memories - basically, give HIMSELF - to Yami!), I like the overall scene in the dub more because Yugi angsting about possibly losing Yami is just too cute. But then there's scenes that had nothing to do with Puzzleshipping in the original, like when Yami is teasing Yugi about putting the Puzzle on a chain, that turned into, "now our bond can never be broken!" in the dub. I liked that change. xD

But like you said, ep 224 was better in the original than the dub. (I haven't seen the entire CB in the original, just 224.)

Um...so yeah, I think it depends on the scene.
