Copyright Notice
These images are copyrighted to myself. Do not use my photos for anything without my permission. That includes online and offline use. Do not in any way, shape, or form alter, crop, trace, copy, repost, reuse, etc. without my explicit permission.
Dolls are copyrighted to Groove/Jun Planning and Vance Project/Baby Sue.
Can I use your art/photos somewhere else (my computer, forums, random photo/sharing sites)?
No. This is not an image search engine where you can just pull off photos randomly without credit. I do not want to see any of my photos being reposted on someone's blog, Flickr, dA, or whatever without my permission. It's okay to ask.
But, I saw your art being used on other sites, too!
In addition to this site, I do upload my photos onto Flickr under the name Aijo and URL of ningyou_undoujou; I also upload photos on YouTube under kokujin21. If you see my photos uploaded anywhere else without any credit to me, it's most likely STOLEN, so please tell me, so I can report that person. I would do the same for you.
Can I request a print of your photos?
No. Because other companies make these dolls, I do not own the rights to my dolls. Selling photos of my dolls for money is illegal. I do have book out called The Plastic Project, in which people will pay to get the book printed. Nothing will go to me.
But, you didn't make the dolls, so why are you copyrighting your work?
I may not own the rights to my dolls, but I do own the rights to my photos. I am not copyrighting my dolls; I am copyrighting my art.
Can I feature your art on my dA/LJ/blog?
Sure, but if you do, let me know, and please hotlink and credit back to this page.
Can I use your photos for my stories, roleplays, character references, etc.?
No. These dolls are my own original characters. If you want an original character of your own, please make one up yourself. That's why God gave us an imagination in the first place.
Can I use your photos as a drawing reference?
Yes, but please make sure that proper credit is given back to the source and that the work is not being used for commercial gain/purposes. If you do want to use one of my photos as a reference please ask/let me know, so I won't end up accosting you later because of copyright infringement.
Can I draw you fanart?
I love fanart! Feel free to draw my dolls (with permission), but be sure that proper credit is given.
