On a downtown train. Everynight is just the same.

So I watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of doom for the first time the other day. OMG what a terrible movie. Terrible. Kind of interesting that the second movies in most of Spielberg's trilogies suck balls, and have an offensive, obnoxious sidekick. I seriously thought that I was watching the wrong movie for the first five minutes what with the highly choreographed song and dance number...

The Last Crusade is probably one of the best movies ever though. Sean Connery! Academics being geeky! semi-Arthurian Legend! Desert Tank fights! <3. I think I'm having my schoolgirl love affair with young Harrison Ford now. I kind of skipped it when everyone else was having it.

Also I went to see Jonathan Coulton last night with Steve. We ate at Broachah first, and their veggie shepard pie was quite tasty. Also their fish fry. The bannanas foster was more of a bannana cake with foster's sauce on it though, which was kind of sad. Coulton was not as good as last time though, I think he's kind of burned out for awhile, the set was basically the same as last time, and I don't think he's one of those performers that thrives off doing the seame thing over and over again. Paul and Storm, the openers, were amazing though. We managed to see more of their set than last time, the concert started on time(-kara, haha japanese)! wtf. I hate it when concerts do that.

I've fallen back in love with Tom Waits. It's kind of amazing. It was listening to Heatattack and Vine in Guillermo's shit-ass diesel Golf with him driving like a seizure-panda too late at night. Driving recklessly late at night is my favourite addiction.

Also if anyone is wanting to learn more than they ever wanted about how to go about pronouncing Attic Greek script I suggest using this website: http://socrates.berkeley.edu/~ancgreek/ancient_greek_start.html. Now with the option between female and male voices!
