Loooooooong
Ah. Back in Madison and the living is easy. So they say. I guess it is good being here because I practice being a bigger person than I would normally be. Though mostly I fail. Apparently though, according to these Christians I keep talking to (dont ask me why, for I do not know), God designed this flaw in me so really I am just fulfilling my moral programming. Kind of like a genetic disposition towards cancer. EXCEPT THERE IS A 100% CHANCE OF GOD-INDUCED MORAL CANCER. Seriously though who leaves open bags of dirty cat litter in public spaces? Taking the old cat litter out is part of the cat box cleaning process and half-assing is still half-assing it. Ohwell.
On other notes Home for Chrimmis was wonderful per usual. I made chocolate peanut butter cups and peppermint patties before I left and they were awesome. I plan on making more PB cups as they were awesome and fun to make! Also playing with melted chocolate is like ten million kinds of fun, though I need to work on my tempering ability. My favourite gift I recieved was a cooking book, that is basically God. Seriously there are about a million fucking awesome looking recipes and a bunch of info about different vegetables and oh my. It is this one. Some reviews kind of dissed it, and it isn't the Veganomicon. But I am still excited! I also got new pots and pans for Chrimmis so it will be good for breaking them in.
I also got new shoes for myself. I AM SO IN LOVE! I got two pairs, because I am a terrible self-indulger, also because my last pair of shoes cost two dollars at the thrift store and cant wear them at work anymore because of the pain. Oh the Pain. I got EcoSneks from Simple. And they are awesome. I also got Tevas (in the darker color). I figure I am kind of rich this semester so why not buy delicious shoes that have a smaller footprint (haha, I am so funny...), remember I do have a genetic pre-disposition towards shoe collecting.
Anyway, I think Steve is stealing me in a few so I will wrap it up, though I could babble for everandneveramen.
1. I think I lost my phone charger :(
2. Don't you think salt-water taffy would be fun to make? Or maybe that is just me. I guess there is a lot of pulling. SO maybe not. But it would be tasty at the end.
3. Candle light is the best thing ever. It makes me very happy. So does my dragon incense burner that blows the smoke out of his nostrils.
4. Hellogoodbye is awesome period endstop.
