It's the end of the school year and the next week and a half will be filled with field trips and graduation practices. They're all so cute right now.
Unfortunately, I have to retain one of my students.
His failing academics and a request from his family weighed heavily on the decision.
I still feel awful about it.
In the long run, he'll probably benefit from this.
Right now, I feel like the biggest baddest bad guy ever.
I haven't told him yet because I didn't want to crush him.
I'll tell him on Friday so he has the weekend, away from his peers, to process it.
Bleh.
On another note,
Tom bought me the $27 conditioner at Costco on Monday.
I always buy the $7 stuff.
I just used the new fancy conditioner and the smell alone is worth the price.
But my hair,
my hair feels so silky and smooth.
I guess you do get what you pay for.
