ViViD vs ViViD ?
omg I'm going to rant ok.
warning: rant is long and complicated to understand.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...............................................................................theres this fucking uproar all over on tumblr and twitter ... There's this new K-POP girl group that just formed and they named themselves ViViD also; THE EXACT SAME FUCKING SPELLING AS MY FAVOURITE FUCKING BAND OMFG
I am so pissed off . Like; I don't have anything against them except their group name. like; seriously ?! you're naming yourself after a fucking popular japanese rock band. do you guys know what you guys are doing ? the stylization is even the same; capital Vs and D; lower-case i's.
Soooo; my friends agree and think that the new band is really stupid; not for who they are in general but how they chose the same band name.
ViViD; my favourite band; each and every one of the members took SO MUCH FUCKING TIME, when they formed, just to think of their name.
Like; if you really think about it: a band's name is their identity. It's like their fucking identity code for who they are in the music industry or in the society; sometimes it describes what kind of music they make etc.; it shows their uniqueness and determination to become a musical artist in the first place.
On the other hand; ViViD; the K-POP group takes the name and uses the SAME STYLING of the jrock band. Seriously ? I don't think they thought thoroughly enough. Theres another band named Vivid that disbanded long ago; but even THEY had different styling. AND THEY WERE JROCK; NOT KPOP.
I know k-pop and j-rock are COMPLETELYYYYY different genres and I shouldn't give a fuck; like how my friend on twitter said. But I'm not talking about the genres. I"m talking about their fucking names.

NO. I disagree; especially since they've become my future and dependency to live. I've become so dedicated to them, it hurts and I can't seem to stop loving them. If them korean girls just take their name so easily; copyright shouldn't even exist. like wtf.

IT SHOULD BE FUCKING PRECIOUS; especially since you are able to pick your own stage name or band name. you can't just take it like that. esp if my favourite band took so much thought in thinking it up; which suits their style and fashion tastes.
and they say to grow the fuck up because it is normal to have another band go around with the same group name of another. LIKE SERIOUSLY ? GO AROUND SEOUL AND SEE IF YOU FIND ANOTHER FUCKING BAND NAMED 2NE1. I'M SURE THERE IS NONE.
see; 2ne1 is unique. i admire how they chose their name. but also see that; if some RANDOM FUCKING BAND was to take that and become popular too; wouldn't you be fucking pissed ?! (if you're not a fan of 2ne1; then think of one of your fav. bands then)
