Footloose is under production and y'all have to come see it. It's at Footlite Musical Theatre Company in downtown Indianapolis at Alabama Street. The dates are:
July 6-9 and 13-16, most of which are at 8:00 but I'll let you know. It's gonna be the shit!
I have a bruise in the middle of my back and I didn't know what it came from (it kinda looks like dirt), and I just realized it's from doing sit-ups during a dance on the floor! But it doesn't hurt.
And I think I am finally good with the most of the cast members. Not like it was bad but there were obviosuly questionable moments for some. Today was good.
In other news, I am down to 162 lbs, which is the smalles I've been in years, but not by too much. The dancin is seriously keeping my ass in shape.
I also have a job now working for Portrait Roofing and Siding, and I love the people there. We just got done with the training session and it was A LOT to take in two days but I'll survive. Gotta get out and actualy do the job later on today.
I also gotta buy cowboy boots, a ladder, and new boots for work.
Last things, AJ and I were compiling a list of all the cast members and we got EVERYBODY except for a couple of people who were missing. We thought about it and went over everybody in all the formations and then in the church scene..... We could not igure out who it was but we finally figured out that it was probably boys. After some more debating and thinking we figured out who it was:
US!!!! lol
It was totally a DJ-AJ type moment. It would definitely have been appreciated by everybody who knows us.
And the other day I oculdn't find my keys for the life of me. We all searched for a very long time and I had been searching before they even got home. (I've lived here for the past seven days atleast!) I heard Renee say something about footprints and it all hit me: AJ and I had drank the night before and he wanted to go outside to look at the moon. He went inside and out the back after peeing and I decided to go around. Well, the gate was locked so, while in flip flops, tipsy, and knowing I wasn't going to fully make it, I jumped with all my might and landed on my back. Lol Needless to say the keys slipped out without me knowing. It was a really good bonding night but one that only I remember.
We got done with rehearsals today and me, Keith, Keenan, and Bradley came out to hear the new Beyonce song "Deja Vu" and Christina Aguielra's new one "Ain't No Other Man"- these are my songs of the summer- and I accidentally left his battery on. It died and it had to get jumped by Bradley. It was a good night- it really was. ; )
As a side note, Vicky Wilson I miss your stinking ass!
