Aug 02, 2006 09:32

So. I just registered for all my courses for next year. I was supposed to wake up at 7AM because registration started at 8AM. That SO didn't happen. I woke up at 7:59. My punishment? There were already too many students on Minerva (where we register for courses). There are only 400 students allowed on and I wasn't one of them. So, for about 1 hour ( Read more... )

"Yes, that's right, I got Friday off. 3-day weekend, bitches!:
...well fuck yourself..

yeah, youre schedule IS nicelly balanced.
and just for the record, i went into york prepared so i really didn't need that much help from the advisor...but it was very helpful.
in comparison to yours (and colin's and dylan's), it was a much less intense free-for-all.
ciao love,
Marc
ps: dylan has a point about the work thing
pps: you can sleep in!!! yay. that's really good.

You know, all this talk about hectic scheduling makes me worry that I haven't actually enroled in any courses, which is of course not true. How come York doesn't do the whole "you can enrol now" thing, even though it's the 3rd largest in the country? I don't get it.

what's your schedule?

The second largest is Universite du Montreal (it's the big Francophone university)

as for my schedule...

Monday: Math lecture 9:30 - 10:30, Bio lecture 5:30-6:30 (lots of time in between)

Tuesday: Comp sci lecture 2:30 - 4, Chem tutorial 6-7, Chem lecture 7 - 10 (late nite on campus)

Wednesday: Math lecture 9:30 - 10:30, Chem lab 10:30 - 1:30, Bio lecture 5:30 - 6:30

Thursday: Bio lab 10 - 1, comp sci lecture 2:30-4, Bio tutorial 5:30 - 6:30

Friday: Math lecture 9:30 - 10:30, Bio lecture 5:30 - 6:30

The schedule is the same for both terms, except the chem course is different, and instead of Comp sci there's economics.

economics? ew. omg, it sucks that your chem lectures are oncce a week, because that's one long-ass class...and don't you just love 3 hour bio labs?
