T-minus three days and counting until prom. We bought our prom tickets yesterday so that's all taken care of. Now all I have to do is worry about beauty night on Friday and all the post prom activities.
Apparently prom is going to be at the Regency in Bar Harbor again this year but we're going to be in the big ballroom on the second floor. I hope it has a balcony. The theme is "A Red Carpet Affair" Hollywood style so my dress will fit right in. I just have to go and get the rest of my jewlery.
The pick up for Rob's boutonniere is 10:00 on Saturday. Then I have my hair appointment at 12:00, then I go home and start on make up. I have to leave to go to Rob's by 3:45 and we take pictures at his house no later then 4:00 because we have to be at the pier by 4:30 to take pictures with our huge group of friends. After those pictures are over, we leave for Bar Harbor where we will meet up at the Rhineheart at 6:00 for dinner. After that, it's off to prom pictures and then off to prom itself which starts at 8:00 and ends at midnight. After that, we're all meeting at Denny's for desert and then the girls are all going to Jessica's house in Sedgwick for a sleepover.
And THAT is my prom. Yay.
We (seniors) get out of school next Friday. Then we have the next week off and then the next week is marching practice, all the graduation activities and parties and graduation itself.
It's all going to be over in just over three weeks. That's unbelievable. At least my parents haven't been stressing as much as before. Mom's taking things pretty well I think. She went to the party supply place to look into outside party tents and Dad has been doing a lot of shopping for my graduation presents.
We sent out all the graduation invitations last week and so things are pretty much under control. I kind of hope they stay that way.
Oh yeah! Farmington Summer Experience starts June 20th! I'm so excited. Hopefully I'll get to hang out with Randy a little bit while I'm there too. I haven't seen him in forever. Shoko too. I hope I can see her soon.
Well, I guess that's about it. Don't have too much else to report. Work is going well. I love working at Bangkok. It's the best.
Alright, I'll write later when I have more to report. I have a feeling that something big is going to happen really soon. I'll be sure to tell you all about it.
CIAO!
