33 Things About You (meme)

1. Can you cook?
I can and will. My specialties are paella ala valencia, chili (I can do vegetarian or carnivorous), and mashed potatoes with cabbage. New recipes being learned are mujahadara, sleek, and a few other things.
2. What was your dream growing up?
At this point, I can't even remember.
3. What talent do you wish you had?
I wish I could draw better.
4. Favorite place?
Ireland, with the Colorado Rockies taking a close second place... or whereever I happen to be at any given time.
5. Favorite vegetable?
I have to second stabbitydeath on this one. Although I suppose it could entirely depend on the recipe being used at the time.
6. What was the last book you read?
Manga: "Fullmetal Alchemist," "Blade of the Immortal," "Gunsmith Cats," and "Zombie Powder" (which, while cool, is not as good as Bleach).
7. What zodiac sign are you, and how much does it matter?
Aquarius (Horse with earth element if you do the chinese thing). And I am unsure. Sometimes not at all, sometimes very much.
8. Any Tattoos and/or Piercings?
Not yet, though there's a tattoo on the to-do list. I need a little more money for it though as it's a bit big and complicated ^_^
9. Worst Habit?
I'll get back to you on that one.
10. Do we know each other outside of LJ; if so, how?
When it comes to outside of LJ, does that mean IRL? or online? Jit and I met IRL somewhere at some point in time within the last three years, before that I met her husband Mar saintes in 2000 when we met up in Atlanta Georgia for Taikai... Met Rin-chan and Katy there too. Gods does that feel like a hella long time ago. Jit, Mar and I met online through Jedi Academy.
11. What is your favorite spectator sport?
The traditional Irish sport of Hurling (resembles field hockey), and jaialai.
12. Do you generally have a pessimistic or optimistic attitude?
Indifferent.
13. What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me?
Well, as I'd kind of HAVE to talk, I'd get over my shyness and probably start a conversation. Or participate in the conversation you start. After, of course, determining that we actually /are/ stuck and will have to wait. (This answer was too good to edit out.)
14. Worst thing to ever happen to you?
My car accidents.

16. Do you have any pets?
One cat, Missy.
17. Do you collect anything, as a hobby?
Guns, knives, swords, axes, posters, cars (I have a die-cast '69 Mustang and a '59 Ford Pickup), books, books, manga, books, books, do we see a theme here? Uhm, oh yes, I also collect ammunition. 303 British and 9mm are my most recent buys. Civil war uniform replicas. The next clothing articles to go into my collection as soon as I get some money saved up is going to be hakama and a kimono (completely separate issue from my cosplay outfits).
18. When was the last time you saw a sunrise?
About two weeks ago, maybe three... I went to bed after the sun came up. Then about four days ago, I woke up with the sun.
19. Do you think clowns are cute or scary?
I have no use for clowns. Don't like em don't hate 'em.
20. If you could change one thing about how you look, what would it be?
Well, by the end of August, I'm aiming for a '6-pack' rather than a beer belly. That's about it.
21. Would you be my crime partner or my conscience?
Partner in crime, duh. What fun is it being a conscience? :D; addendum: why not both?
22. What color eyes do you have?
Blue/gray.

Nope.

Depends on the brew.
25. If you won $10,000 dollars today, what would you do with it?
Pay off my car, my credit card, miscellaneous other bills, and then invest the rest.

I need a fidget toy.
27. Where do you go to relax (that is not home)?
I go for a walk--at least five to ten miles.
28. Do you believe in ghosts?
Yes.
29. Favorite thing to do in your spare time?
Sex! :) (Yes, ok, so I copied that from 'song--then Jit. :P ) And reading, and computering. And civil war living history, and martial arts.
30. Do you swear a lot?
Er. You COULD say that... but only when it's not inappropriate.

Pet peeve? Too long and too indifferent to go into the details.

Somewhere between Vertigo (U2), Come Monday(U2), Miss you so badly (JB), Fast Cars (U2), until yesterday Boulevard of Broken Dreams (GD), and Margaritaville with a huge quantity of Changes in Latitudes.
