I do not fear the NOHARI! *

"The Nohari Window is a challenging inversion of the Johari Window, using antonyms of the original words. By describing your failings from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of perceived and unrecognised weaknesses can be explored."

This is the darker side of the ever-popular johari window.  Feel free to be as critical as you like.  I don't doubt that most people will abstain, but please don't be shy.  I think it's really important to hear the bad with the good as long as it's honest and constructive.

I really like the Johari meme.  It is a good way to see how your perceptions stack up against others'.  In my case, I harbor some attributes that either I don't let others see or I think are there that maybe are not as prominent as my perceptions of them.  If I knew there was a darker side (nohari) I probably would have been a little more positive with my personal selections on the johari instead of picking things like proud & self-conscious.  It was interesting to see that a lot of people picked reflective for me.  Not to discredit that in any way, but I think maybe that is a product of most of my participants were blog readers (an inherently reflective medium).

Not that I need OSC on my blog, but....
