I like your warning. It's quite acute.

I was a little disconcerted at first, I think because I wasn't clear on when in their personal timelines this was taking place. Once I recalculated for that and re-read it, I quite enjoyed it. :) I'm with tempusdominus10, though--I'd love to see more. :)

Thanks re: the warning--I started to say 'fluff,' but Ten/Jack post-LOTTL can never really be fluff, can they? And thanks for the comment re: timelines...I hadn't thought of that. I'll go change the header now to reflect it. :)

Hee! It's apparently part of wedding (or engagement) ceremonies in a lot of ancient cultures, so I just adopted it here. :D Glad you liked!

Aww! I love this :) Ten and Jack, my favourite non-Rose pairing. You don't often see fluffy involving these two, for good reasons, but this deserves to be fluffy and it's great :)

Of course, I'd love to know what's led the Doctor to the point of seeking Jack out here and making that... unusual proposition to him ;) Though I wouldn't want to get in the way of those many WIPs of yours, some of which I'm also waiting for!

Well, he and Jack came to this planet on one of their little "ten minute" getaways (a la dameruth's FlowersVerse), but the Doctor did know what was going to be going on. And wasn't really sure whether he was going to offer or not; it was partly planned, partly "Oh, what the hell!"

Glad you enjoyed! :D Ten and Jack aren't a pairing I've written much of, and I really enjoyed writing this for you.
