To read, or not to read?

A couple of folks in my screenwriting class have mentioned they'd like to read my script. You know, the one I wrote for Script Frenzy a year and a half or so ago? *points to icon*

Yeah. Read my script.

The one I haven't looked at in, oh, a year.

I printed it out--twice--and have both of them bound with brads and all, very professional-looking, but here's my dilemma: Do I hand it to them and say, "I haven't looked at it in a year or so" and just hope for the best? Or do I re-read it myself before I give it to them? On the one hand, part of me really does want to read it. On the other hand, what if I read it and it's absolute shite, and then I've promised to let them see it? That's TWO WEEKS of wondering what they think!

Gah. :P This sucks. And it doesn't help that I'm on the low side of my cycle anyway, so I'm already a bit down. Mild depression around mid-month--yet another lovely side-effect of growing older. :P

Should I read? Should I not? *frets*
