I am alive, I promise--I've not been on LJ nor the Support Stacie forums today, because of other commitments, but I'm alive. :)
Tomorrow's the first Monday of the school year, and this will be the first five-day week. I suppose it's about time I womaned up and quit whining about it, since I really do enjoy my job, but I swear, this 'getting up at 5:30' thing breaks me every September. Breaks me. If it weren't such a flippin' sucky job market, I might have considered looking for a job in a different district... but not really, since I do love the school where I teach and the folks I work with. I suppose if all I complain about is the early hour and Jerk!Teacher, it must be a pretty decent job, huh?
Okay, off to sleep--and believe me, after the day I've had, I need it.
