Now THIS is more like it.
One week ago today, it was 105F (41C) in my hometown, according to the thermometer on the bank a quarter of a mile down the street from me.
Today, right this minute, it's 62F (17C) and cloudy, with a light breeze. Birds are singing. Traffic is normal. And *I* am dressed in jeans and a light sweater, and drinking a cup of hot tea.
This is really MUCH more the thing. Hell, I may go put on some socks later. Socks!
