Apparently, having my face break out and my insides practice their contortionism once a month isn't enough. No, all the muscles in my back have to go into spasm and give me a three-day headache as well.

EVERY. FRICKIN. MONTH.

There aren't many times I can honestly say I've wished I'd been born male, but days like this definitely count.
