Been very active in LJ lately... @.@
After so much deliberation I've finally decided to join my sister in Japan. She's been at it for years but I really didn't have that much motivation mainly because I didn't have money. I said to her I'll go and try it out for 6 days. I need a vacation. I'd just like to go during autumn or winter to 1.) Sweep fallen leaves in autumn 2.) Make a snowman. Both are my dream since I was in kindergarten.
I don't really have to save up for much since the only thing I need is a round trip ticket. She's going to petition for my 6-day stay in Fukuoka, I'll stay at her apartment, eat her food. I don't even have to pack much (don't really own thick jackets and the like.) I just want to take pictures.
In other news, I'm making home made protein bars every week for both me and randy. And quite frankly, I'm really getting good at it. My ingredients are all healthy and low fat, from the rolled oats and , lite peanut butter to the whole grain cereal toppings.
I've also a 5-piece pack of both Nature's Path dark chocolate chewy granola bars and Envirokids organic rice crispies. Nutritional value is 100 calories Total Fat 4.5g, Saturated 1.5g, Transfat 0g, Sodium 35mg, Carbohydrate 24g, Fiber 2g, Sugars 11g and Protein 2g .
This is awesome for me because my household is so unhealthy like you wouldn't believe. I'm not dieting or trying to lose weight, I'm 97 lbs which is a feat considering my sedentary lifestyle. Recently I'm just really concerned about how the junk foods I eat daily will kill me sooner that I wish. I'm trying to cut out salt, too much sugar, sodium, unhealthy fats, MSG and the like.
P.S.
1. What does that mean when the boyfriend invites you to buy an apartment and come live there with him?
2. How is babby formed?
