1. bette davis:
   I have always been fascinated with Bette Davis, ever since I saw "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane" when I was about 10 or so. So strong, such a varied career, such eyebrows! I must admit, I am slightly more interested in the old, twisted, post stroke Davis than the younger one. I guess because I admire the determination it must have taken for her to carry on with her career after being dealt such a bad hand! I also think it made her look cool!
2. david lachappelle:
   David LaChappelle's photography is amazing to me, because he creates such a fantasy world with his work! He is also able to really tune into what kind of environment really suits the person he is photographing!
3. diamanda galas:
   Diamanda Galas has a voice that is simultanously like a thousand angels and a thousand demons! Her work for the opressed, for the victims of AIDS and genocides, for the forgotten is simply amazing! Her voice is the ultimate weapon against those who would sweep the undesirables under the rug!
4. film:
   I am in love with film, simply put. There is nothing better than just losing one's self in another world of someone else's creation. I draw much inspiration frim film, and one of my faovrite things to do when things get starnge is to just pretend I am in a movie!
5. ipods:
   I would be lost without my iPod. I take it everywhere. I have always loved music, but owning an iPod has made me even more connected to the music I love.
6. karen finley:
   If you have never heard the re-mix of "Jump in the River" by Sinead O'Connor with Karen Finley, you really should! Amazing and hysterical performance artist. Also really dirty.
7. macs:
   I love Mac computers. Lot's of people like PC's, and that's ok, but give me a Mac anyday! So user friendly, and designed to look so much cooler than anything else out there on the market.

   I am a T.V. junkie, and I love Nick@nite for my fix of Roseanne, cosby, and all those other shows I just need to watch hundreds of times over and over again!
9. pop culture:
   I am a pop culture junkie. I think that about says it all.
10. salvador dali:
    Salvador Dali's work is a lot like my dreams. Just visually amazing work, the kind of stuff I wish I could express in my own work. One of the highlights of my life was seeing several Dali pieces at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Surrealism exhibit several years ago. The detail you can see in his work when you are up close is amazing!
