Nicola's birthday, and too much curare in his dinner to celebrate. Laughing quietly, more than a little drunk themselves, Tasha and David carry him upstairs to his room, fumbling the door open, and drop him on the bed, rolling him over to one side to leave enough room for them to lie down next to him.
