Noise Show
Well, the show went reasonably well last night. All the bands were wicked. So nice to see so many different artists come together under the collective cause of noise and total experimentation. For me the highlight was Torso who fucking LOST IT and I fucking loved it. The emotion of psychosis is SOOO inspiring and real. Much more common than one might assume within a normal human mind. (Note for Adam: email me Torso (Sandy?)'s email address. I think we should play a show with him/them). I'll post some pics from the show soon. As a final note, it becomes evident at this point that there should be a regular venue for this type of thing here in Halifax. One that doesn't need an outrageous rental fee or any at all for that matter. If this were the case, it would have turned out that Adam (and I, though not nearly to the same extent) wouldn't have lost so much money. On this note, if anyone wishes to donate anything to the cause so as to make this type of show more possible in the future, post a desire to do so with some contact info. I'm gonna post something similar on the locals website. Ok cool, thanks again Adam!!
