(no subject)
well things, lately, have been looking up a bit. The snow has been falling non-stop for the past couple weeks and thankfully the ice has stayed at bay. Finals begin today, about four hours from now, and then I only have one more come Tuesday. Driving back to woo on Tuesday night and staying until Saturday morning when I have to drive back here for work. I hope. They've been slow so I haven't been scheduled at all, so I'm hoping to get some hours in. Although I would not mind some extra time at home, I rather miss it.
Things with Alex are going well, we have been together for over a year now, ah!, and it's been great. He has been a really great boyfriend and I love him to pieces. he is asleep now, tangled in my sheets in the abyss that we call my bed, and he looks so cute, lying there in the clothing he wore last night because "i'm going to go home in a few" just didn't quite pan out before he was swallowed by blankets, pillows, fabrics and dreams.
two finals today that the "biggest storm of the year so far" was supposed to cancel for me, but no such luck with that. Hopefully I will do alright and then I won't have to worry so much about all of that.
My Christmas tree is dead, those buggers told me it would last until after Christmas. I want a refund, and a vaccuum cleaner.
I need to go study some more, ciao darlings.
