A productive day!
Today has been pretty good so far. This is probably a result of the 17-hour nap I dove into yesterday, but no matter, I am in good working shape today ready to be shipped out and sealed!
I handed in my homework for Math, and did this weeks homework during the class. Heh. It's Sec 4 differentiation stuff!
I proceeded to get lunch after class which was not too shabby, and consumed food while watching episodes of Big Bang Theory (Y).
CLEARED THE RECYCLED BOTTLES BIN! It was overflowing both my roommates and my empty plastic/glass bottles. Our room is right across the garbage/recycling room too.
After that I sat on my bed to finish Philosophy readings, but was somewhat disturbed by my Christmas lights which fell and hovered behind my left shoulder.
So I fixed it with a better technique which would decrease chances of it falling down again in the near future.
I then finished Philosophy readings. And also my pint of Ben & Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk. :)
Then I went for Philosophy class and participated well. :D
When on my way back to my room, I checked my mail and IT ARRIVED!
Went back to my room and started working on replacing my iPod Video's front cover and battery. SUCCESS! And also repaired the sunken in hold button.
I have also just come back from doing laundry. Had to do 2 loads cause I -> Procrastinator.
And I already feel so accomplished! I have a paper to write but that shouldn't take long. *Exhales* :)
17 hours of sleep works WONDERS. I should make this a weekly thing. Heh.
On a side note, it was also wonderful cause I vaguely remember dreaming about being on a pirate ship shooting bad people. Or maybe they were good people and I was bad. I remember using pistols and at one point, a crossbow. My dad was just about to teach me how to reload a pistol but something happened. Either I woke up or we had to run to safety, I can't remember. That was fun though.
I'm sorry I don't actually have anything substantive to conclude this new update of my boring life here with, so I'm just going to leave it hanging and sort of unfini
[EDIT] Continuation of productive day: I made mee goreng for dinner, with luncheon meat :) and I thought I accidentally washed some noodles down the sink. While washing up, I noticed that the water drained slower than normal, and decided to unclog it.
I did.
An omg. It was disgusting. I used disposable chopsticks and prodded and twisted and turned and eventually pulled up about 40 cm of HAIR. AND GUNK. AND A NECKLACE, EVEN. And of course some noodle strands. I took a picture which I will upload later. I am now in the computer lab next to the laundry room being somewhat productive, waiting for my laundry to finish drying. 3 more minutes! After which, I will continue to be productive by folding them, and then proceed to type my paper.. still.
The fact that I was holding it with chopsticks DID give me a slight inclination to want to put it in my mouth. But no worries, I didn't. And let's just say I intentionally left the picture to slightly-larger-than-a-thumbnail size for your benefit. (Truth is it just came out that way. If it was larger you'd be able to see the necklace chain) Anyway, disgusting, huh? Can you imagine that's like maybe a decade of girls' hair in that one drain. Horrendous.
