Happy Holidays everyone !
For the duration of time between Midterms and Finals I haven't been really trying to lose weight. Most of it was attempting to survive all the tests and homework, haha. Although to be fair I really didn't eat much until these past four days where we spent a pre-holiday vacation in New York with my family there... I ate a lot but still managed to make decently healthy choices. We ate a lot of good food too.
So, but now that break is here things are going to change! Exercising every day and controlling portions (eating only a little, and until you're full!) and keeping active. I don't think the last part is going to be too difficult seeing that we have SO much snow here, which entails a lot of shoveling! Its still snowing, in fact.
The last time I checked before break I weighed a little less then 145lbs. I'm hoping by January 20th to be around 130lbs, and have noticeable inches lost too. Whats more important is that I get into shape, seeing as next semester I'm taking a running class and a tai chi class through my university. Can't wait!
