Kid Delf Aru
I've been eyeing Ball-Jointed Dolls for quite a while now. The first time I saw one, I fell in love. At first, I really wished for a Dollfie, due to its cute anime features. But after a few photos, my fondness for those "real" like ones grew.
After a few months of looking at posts on Figure.fm & ManikaManila, I stopped, since I thought that "I'm never gonna have one ugh." That was way back when I was still in High School.
Now, I'm a college student, and I'm a step closer in finally getting my very own BJD!
The first LUTS doll that I fell in love with was Kid Delf Darae. Her cute smile just won my heart. However, after researching over at DenOfAngels, I found her face-up a bit too natural for me.

Then I saw another doll in the Kid Delf line, Kiwi. She's so beautiful and elegant. But maybe too elegant for my taste.

And then there's Aru. Aru, who I grimaced at before. I thought her cheeks were too red. I thought that there was something... off. But no. Almost all of the photos of Aru I saw on Flickr or DoA are just perfect. The product photos don't do her justice at all.

Needless to say, Aru's going to be my first and only bjd. I doubt I'll regret choosing her. I think she'll be shipped come October or so. I can't wait!
Along with Aru, I also ordered her a pair of violet glass eyes, 3 pairs of shoes, two wigs, a set of clothes, and some dollie supplies. Will try to build up her wardrobe even though she's still not here.
