That was the most brutal bike ride I have ever done. I did this morning (and into the afternoon) a 70 mile ride with 3 other people. There were hills that just put any hill you could think of on vashon to shame, the biggest climb was about 5.5 miles long. The first mile of that climb or so was the worst and then it got gradual after that. So I am totally out of it, I've basically been sitting around icing various parts of my body to make tomorrow less painful.
I actually felt great through the whole ride, never thinking that I couldn't do it (this is the real killer on a bike ride, thinking that you can't). Anyways, that was way epic, and for anyone who wants to look on a map, at one point we were about 3 miles from the town of Sandy, but we had done a big loop on bull run rd.

also, I just bought Smog - A River Ain't too Much to Love, and it is awesome.
