Un Lun Dun
Just finished "Un Lun Dun" by China Mieville and all I can say is "Wow!" Mieville enters Neil Gaiman territory and out-does Gaiman himself.

And I have been following the Qur'an burning furor and Ms Moon's interesting (spelled i-d-i-o-t-i-c) post and other such things and feel that any comments I make would be waste of time.
