It seems nothing is going to be done about creepy guy at work.  I've asked to transfer to the other plant.  Not because of him, although that is a nice perk.  But the other plant has overtime and this one doesn't.  And I would like a little overtime right now.  I need to get money a little faster if I am going to get a car.  Not to mention there

There have been far more dubious lawsuits for sexual harassment than yours that have been successful and your employers have to know that. If they don't grant the transfer you might throw around the word "sue" and I'm sure he'll find himself "fired."
